Who is this course for?

Our courses are designed for teens ages 15–18 who want to build confidence and professional communication skills for jobs, interviews, school, and real-world situations. No prior experience is required. COMING SOON: YOUNG PROFESSIONAL COURSE!

What skills will my teen learn?

Students will learn practical, real-world communication skills, including:

  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Writing clear and respectful emails
  • In-person and public communication
  • Confidence, professionalism, and social intelligence

These are skills teens will use immediately and throughout adulthood.

Is this an academic or school-based class?

No. Confident Communication Academy is a life-skills program, not an academic or credit-based course. We focus on real-world communication expectations rather than grades or testing.

What are the course options?

We offer two formats:

  • Option 1: 4-Week Course
    • 4 classes total (45 minutes each)
    • Meets once per week
    • One complete introductory course
  • Option 2: 1-Day Intensive
    • One 4-hour class
    • Covers the same material as the 4-week course in a condensed format

Both options teach the same foundational skills.

Where are classes held?

Classes are held in person in Brenham, Texas.  Afterhours in a working business. Specific location details are provided after enrollment is confirmed.

How much does the course cost?

4-Week Course: $199 per student. 1-Day Intensive: $249 per student. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:

  • Venmo
  • Check
  • Cash

You will be contacted for payment once your enrollment form is received.

Is payment refundable?

No. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Enrollment is final once payment and the enrollment form are accepted.

What if my child misses a class?

No. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Enrollment is final once payment and the enrollment form are accepted.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Communication skills develop differently for each student. While all students receive instruction and practice opportunities, results depend on participation, effort, and continued practice. Some students may benefit from additional courses.

Does the instructor have teaching certifications?

The instructor does not hold formal teaching certifications. Instruction is based on over 15 years of real-world professional experience across industrial, retail, and agricultural industries, including experience as a business owner and employer.

How many students are in each class?

Classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10 students, to allow for individual attention and meaningful practice.

What should my teen bring to class?

  • Students are encouraged to bring:
    • A notebook
    • A pen or pencil
    • A phone (for supervised practice)
    • A laptop or tablet with email access

What is the drop-off and pick-up policy?

  • Students may be dropped off no earlier than 15 minutes before class.
  • Late pick-ups are not tolerated.
  • A $25 late fee will be charged for every 10 minutes past the end of class.

Can parents stay during class?

Parents are welcome to drop off and pick up but do not stay during class. This helps students feel comfortable practicing independence and confidence.

Will photos or videos be taken during class?

A media release is included in the enrollment form. Parents may choose whether or not to grant permission.

How do I enroll?

Complete the enrollment form and email it to

Once the form is received, you will be contacted for payment.
Enrollment is not considered final until both the enrollment form and payment are received and accepted.
